A SafetyFax account is an add-on
service that will allow you to use your
secure safetysend.com email address for
sending and receiving secure faxes.
Faxes are received as email attachments
in your safetysend.com email address, in
either .tif or .pdf format. Sending a
fax is as simple as sending an email:
attach a file (a text file, pdf,
spreadsheet, html, tif image file) to an
outgoing email and we’ll dial and
deliver to the intended fax machine for
you.

Faxing to one or a hundred fax machines is as easy
as sending an email. With our secure fax option you
can send text, spreadsheets and graphical images
from your stored documents including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Publisher, and dozens of other
acceptable file formats to any fax machine in the
world. You can even send to fax machines and to
email addresses at the same time.
With secure
fax you can send fax documents directly from your
email client software (e.g. Outlook, Outlook
Express, Eudora, etc.).
Of course
you can also scan documents with signatures and
annotations, and then fax them to one or multiple
fax recipients or email addresses. You don't have a
scanner? No problem. Just fax the document from a
fax machine to your personal SafetyFax inbound fax
number. The document will then be accessible from
your email client for immediate or future faxing.

Fax-To-Email
Fax documents are still one of the last remaining
business communication methods that is not

With Fax2Email you will receive your faxes as email.
You will receive a personal fax number that will
send faxes directly and confidentially to your email
address. If you wish, fax documents may be forwarded
to additional email addresses within your
