Using SafetySend with Microsoft Outlook is very quick and easy.  If you are familiar with Outlook just use these settings and you will be working in less than five minutes.

Setup version 2.5 is designed specifically for using your account on the SafetySend system as your secondary email account to handle compliant messages.  Although it is a fully functional email account this secure email and file transfer account is designed to run parallel to your existing mail network.

 

(Note: There is one limitation to this utility.  Although Microsoft Outlook will not let you use Microsoft Word as your primary mail editor, you will not lose any critical functionality to accomplish this task).
