SafetySend offers a 24/7 support center to better serve its clients.   If you have an issue that you can not resolve via FAQ or the HELP section, please click "Submit Support Request"

 

This system will allow you to post e-mail support questions to our helpful support staff and gives you the ability to track the progress of your request..  Once your ticket is received, one of our staff members will promptly reply to your request in the order it was received.

 

Once you have submitted a request and would like to track the progress of your ticket, you will need to enter your username and ticket number.
